Frequently asked questions

How do I start? Register your company at app.elevatormatrix.com or in the app, then add your technicians from Settings.

How do I change the language? On the sign-in screen tap the language button, or in the app go to Settings → Language. Each user can choose their own language.

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot password” — you will receive a reset email.

How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings → Delete account. If you are the only owner, the company data is deleted permanently too (export it first from Settings → Subscription → Export data).

Where is the data stored? On servers in Frankfurt (EU), with daily backups. See the Privacy policy.
